i have officially started school last monday after a super relaxing long break. i do hope that i will be able to adapt though. there is just so much difference to that of secondary school and can i say, much more independent. so, yeap need to study real hard so i can do international business and human resource during year two. gpa has to be at least three.five. .. just kill me now. i feel like getting a body piercing either on my ear or my belly button, its like so tempting. i made really cool friends in school even though some of them doesnt have good sense of fashion. i met some of friends who like to shop too and i actually introduced the editors market to them heehee since i am their regular. alright, i have accounting class and effective communication tmrw. also not to forget, the waste time lecture internet and web. i need to feed my dog now. tata

I haven't really been blogging much about my life now because there's just so much stuff that actually happened within the past month or so. Well, I have been job hunting and now, am happy to let you know that I have found a job and till this day, worked for the third week so far. So, I find it quite amusing when I end work and there's people squeezing in the bus talking very loudly and nudging you ... Or is that just typical Singaporeans? People always say that Singaporeans do not dress up smartly and are of poor taste. Well, I beg to differ. Recently if you ever pass by town, you will get to notice Singaporeans are really dressing up and are not wearing just slippers and all. The common topic now is Spring wear so one can easily pull off a V neck shirt and skinny jeans perhaps a more smart casual look, a blazer across. And definitely, the hot sun in Singapore, shades and sun-block is a MUST. And finally, light make-up and heels and some assesories.
The people i am working with is really nice and friendly, they have taught me alot of things and I greatly appreciate that because this way, I will be able to add that in my resume. By working you get to see the personality and characteristics of the people here. For eg, they literally stare at their watches/ clock and count down to 6pm thats when we end work and they will run out of the door. So, that's a real eye-opener. Most importantly, I get the experience an amateur need. I plan to give 10% to the Lord, my grands and my parents.. and maybe even my brother ahahaha this could not be done if I didn't have the encouragement from my parents who even helped me look for this job thru dad's golf kaki. I took an off-day on Monday, 27 Feb to go for what girls love best- SHOPPING ! with gillian, I'm really excited for that day to come.
My lunch break is over now, check my status on facebook as I plan to share my life with you.
lazing at home, currently unemployed; just picking up books to read

Hi guys, its me again. It has been awhile since I last posted stuff. Well, here are some updates:
1. I've just watched "You are the Apple of my Eye" and I swear its by far one of the greatest mandarin movie I have seen * go watch it after reading this
2. I've watched "One Day" on the desktop, mhmm, I find it rather draggy but I kind of like the ending and how the actors are just what I have expected *ps my dad just bought the book for me
How great it would have been if you could meet your other half year after year and never get bored of him/her. The characters in the story met 20 years back on the very same day : 15th July consecutively (AWESOME) And I literally fell in love with the letters inside. *Get some books if you are feeling bored during the holidays, this could be one of them
3. I wanted to get Nicolas Sparks new novel " The Best of Me" so badly but its rather costly (SGD 29.90) and my dad only allowed me to buy One book so I chose "One Day" after all, I went into the bookstore with that in mind. Wanna know the reason why? I spent about SGD 300 on books at the Borders clearance sale ahahah but its packed into one of the boxes at home now ( I will come to this shortly)
4. We are renovating our house at Heritage and from what I heard, its quite massive since none of us can head back to retrieve stuff and it will take a total of 1.5 MONTHS, that is insane. Plus, I have urgent stuff back at home for eg. my mom's dresses which I wna try before buying one for prom plus the books GAH
5. As of tml, I will officially be a red-head hahaha ( I think) b'cos I'm gna dye my hair. I'm still torn between whether or not to perm my hair since I saw some horrible ones down the street.
6. I'll be flying off on 17th Dec and coming back on the 29th Dec?
THE GOOD NEWS IS:
WE WILL BE CELEBRATING MY PARENTS WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
AND

hello people of the world Ps/ I know I haven't been updating like for a year, while, what have I been doing?
Umm, I think thinking about alot of stuff. Like what I want to do and achieve in future? What is the purpose of our life in the world? Will we ever bring a smile to the unfortunate people around the world? or simply, enjoy our life like nobody business.
Right now, all these are on my mind plus, I have to think about where to go after Os. I know JC is like the "goody" impression and all. But I've been thinking and reading up Poly isn't that bad either, at least we can have a chance at work attachment overseas and an application to university (which wasn't the case in the past). To speak the truth, I'm not cut out for studying and simply don't wish to spend another two years of my life suffering at studies, trying to reach the bare minimal of getting a passing rate? God, please speak to me.
Moving on, the good news is (drumrow)
....
....
......
MY FAMILY IS GOING TO USA AT THE END OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!! TO TOP IT OFF, WE'RE SPENDING CHRISTMAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!
:D
This truly gives me the motivation to do even better in my studies and to focus on the matter at hand. Let me see, I've been watching drama series and yesterday Jiamin asked if I was serious. Well, I know I shouldn't be doing this, but I got carried away.
Some recent shows I've watched:
1. Spring Waltz
2. Sungkyunkwan Scandal
3. City Hunter
4. Brilliant Legacy/ Shining Inheritance
Yesterday, I went out w a group of friend b'cos I needed the final break before the sprint to the finals. Together, 6 of us went: Minghui, Sandra, Jiamin, Sherry, Yijie and me. It was a shopping trip. Hmm, I bought 2 bags from Editor's Market, 1 shop from a Korean Shop, 1 wristband from a flea, 1 story book: Love and Other Impossible Pursuits from Kinokunya, 1 dress from f21, 1 razor cut sleeveless blouse from the flea. Very satisfied.
Oh yea, thats all for me. Heading back to Shining Inheritance currently on Episode 17.
xoxo, Jan
